Protabar tastes like a yummy brownie. One bar is made of 4 ingredients only: - 4 Egg whites - 3 Dates - 10 Hazelnuts - A pinch of natural premium unsweetened cocoa Protabar is nothing like other bars. It's handmade, the hazelnuts are hand-picked, the dates come fresh from the African Sahara and the egg white is wholesome (We do NOT buy egg white powder, we think it's overprocessed and smelly, instead we use fresh egg whites in our recipe in a way that the bars smell nothing like eggs) It is the perfect pre-workout as it provides the energy (210 kcalbar) and the protein (15g proteinbar) you need for a good workout. Many take it as a post-workout as it helps your body recover after a long gym, cardio, or game session. In general, Protabar is a 100% healthy snack that could be taken at any time of the day. If you are at work and do not have time for a macro-balanced meal, Protabar is the ideal snack for you with its balanced nutrition value. I personally love to take one Protabar at breakfast. I truly love it. Protabar is gluten-free. We take this very seriously and only the 4 ingredients mentioned above are allowed in our facility. It's also lactose-free, dairy-free, additive-free, and with no added sugar. The sugar contained in one bar is the sugar of the 3 dates used in a bar. No more, no less. All Natural, which makes it a very healthy snack option for everybody, adults, and kids combined (yes kids love our bars, they enjoy the taste, and our bars are kid-friendly because they are all-natural and use natural egg whites as the sole source of protein) Protabar is made in the Northern African Sahara from the best Tunisian dates of the desert.
