Our Lentil Vegetable Soup is made from scratch with organic lentils, sweet organic carrots, vine-ripened tomatoes and tender green beans. The organic lentils provide a good source of dietary fiber (5g) and protein (6g) per serving, as well. Like all of our soups, we start from scratch, stirring in spices and vegetables, then simmering slowly for hours until the flavor is perfect for a home-cooked taste. Amy's Organic Lentil Vegetable Soup is made from non-GMO ingredients and is gluten free, dairy and lactose free, soy free, corn free and tree nut free. It is also suitable for vegan diets. All the fruits, vegetables and grains we use are grown without the use of insecticides, GMOs and other harmful chemicals.
