Description Adaptogenic Brain Support TonicA compilation of powerful herbs and mushrooms used for centuries as brain tonics. Several of these herbs have been respected as master tonics for millennia across many healing traditions, such as Ayurvedic, Chinese and rainforest tribal medicine. Each brain herb within the formula has been extensively studied for its ability to help support memory, promote neurotransmitter communication, and help energize mood. How to use: Use 1tsp in your choice of beverage, 2-3x per day. Increase dosage if needed to fuel up capacity. Excellent in matcha, tea, chai, coffee, etc. Highly recommended to use in beverages with some sort of fat based ingredients in it, such as coconut oil, MCT oil, ghee, etc. It can also be paired with fish oil or other DHA oils.Lions Mane is organically grown in Washington State. The Ginkgo, Tulsi, and Gotu Kola are lovingly grown in a small-scale farm, where they incorporate traditional farming practices. Golden Ginkgo is sourced from North American lands, not China.
