Our cacao nibs are a naturally rich supply of antioxidants, including flavonoids and polyphenols, and it’s an excellent source of dietary fiber. For a little insight into how they get from farm to your door, after the harvest, the organic cacao beans are removed from their pods, fermented for 5 to 8 days, then dried. The beans are then sorted, cleaned, pre-roasted, de-shelled and then broken into nibs.
