The result of so much scrupulous attention is Lorenzo n.3, a precious extra virgin olive oil of a mild fruity flavor and a well rounded taste with light peppery finish. The olives in Lorenzo #3 Extra Virgin Olive Oil are harvested by hand the between the last week of October and first week of November. Made from 100% organic Biancolilla olives, this excellent unfiltered oil is golden yellow in color, with a mild green almond aroma. Its mild fruity flavor, well-rounded taste, and light peppery finish this oil is the perfect complement to seafood dishes and salads.
