In 1928, American stunt pilot Ed Hedeen set an aerobatic world record with an astonishing 283 consecutive barrel rolls in a Waco 10 biplane. In the spirit of Ed's highflying feat, we set out to create our own spectacular spin on the classic cocktails from that trailblazing era.
