ABBCo Beef Bone Broth with Collagen is made from halal-certified New Zealand beef bones, water and salt, with bovine collagen added to the broth during preparation. The broth is cooked and then concentrated to create a rich, savoury base suitable for drinks and everyday cooking. When prepared with hot water, the broth has a naturally milky white, opaque appearance. This is a normal characteristic of the product and results from the natural fat content of the beef bone broth combined with collagen. Designed for everyday use, this beef bone broth with collagen can be enjoyed as a warm savoury drink or used as a flavour base for soups, sauces, gravies and slow-cooked meals. Packaged in a 390g glass jar, it is shelf-stable until opened and should be refrigerated after opening.
