Since then Bella Lucia has become synonymous with a handmade, Non-GMO, all-natural, and Gluten Free pizzelle cookie. They are a labor of love. All cookies are made on a pizzelle iron, making just 2 at a time. Bella Lucia is the only manufacturer of gluten free pizzelle in North America. The Sofi is an award handed out by the Fancy Food Show and the Specialty Food Association.
