Our 4 pound bag of black lentils is packaged in our reusable drawstring linen bags. These linen bags are made from 100% cotton, making them plant based, environmentally friendly, and great for pantry storage. Our gorgeous dried Beluga Black Lentils cook within twenty-five minutes with no prior soaking required. they have a deep, nutty flavor and hold their shape well when cooked. Beluga lentils are also know as caviar lentils and they are great for a wide range of recipes. We love the beautiful black color showcased in these tiny black lentils, not to mention their versatility.
