Description
1. Allow 40g of red lentils per person. 2. Rinse 120g of red lentils thoroughly with cold water before cooking. 3. Place red lentils into a saucepan with 300ml of cold water and bring to the boil. 4. Boil for 10 minutes, reduce the heat to low and simmer for approximately 10 minutes until lentils have softened, but slightly firm to the bite. 5.
