Cell Spa Detox Foot Bath Premium 16 Ounce Pure Epsom Salt Crystal Magnesium Sulfate To Help Detox, Relax, Relieve Stress, Promote Healthy Toenail, Eliminate Odors Soften Your Feet. For Foot Soaks: Dissolve 1 12 tablespoon (1 ounce) of Lavender Scented Epsom Salt in a foot tub of 1 gallon of warm water. Soak for 20 minutes for the relaxation of your feet. For Foot Detox Session: Please use clean filtered water. Never use well or spring water. Please use 1-2 wooden teaspoon (2 grams) of Pure Epsom Salt in a foot tub of 2 gallons of warm water for the best ionization inside the water. Please do not add the Pure Epsom Salt if the E factor reaches 2.0 for the Cell Spa Detox machines. If too much salt is added, your machine can alarm and stop working. When the machine alarms or stops, please drain the water and redo with clean filtered water without any salt. Please do not add the Pure Epsom Salt if the E factor reaches 2.0 for the Cell Spa Detox machines. The optimal E or PH factor should be around 1.2- 1.5.
