Chilorio is a traditional dish from Northwest Mexico. It is made of pork meat seasoned with pasilla chili, garlic, cumin, oregano and lard that is slow simmered for hours until if falls apart and then shredded. We only use high quality ingredients and process them under SQF (Safe Quality Food) system. Chilorio Chata has No Preservatives, No Artificial Flavors, No Artificial Colorants. It is ready in seconds with its Microwavable Pouch and Easy Open Bag. Any leftover can be refrigerated. To heat just open the bag and microwave for 45 seconds, or empty the contents in a pan and heat for about 2 minutes. Enjoy it with tacos, eggs, sandwiches, nachos and many other ways.
