Recipe: 1 lb. beef to 2 TBSP of Cincinnati Chili Seasoning. 1 (6 oz.) can of tomato paste - 6 Cups of Water. Add ingredients to a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 2 hours.
