Transported to Southern Brazil In spring 2020 I lived in Southern Brazil for several months and tasted dozens of ervaS throughout my journey. Some superlight, others super-robust. What drew me to Cultyvada Chimarro was the perfect balance between bold and ethereal. Rich malt bounces off sweet and subtle green and floral flavors, achieving a gorgeous balance in your cuia. Playful and fun vibes, for sure. In both passion and character, heres an erva that encapsulates the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul with great precision. This isnt an erva, its a portal to another world where erva reigns supreme, proud and resolute. Store your erva mate in a fridge after opening to retain bright green colors and subtle flavors How to prepare yerba mate tea with your gourd and bombilla? 1. Fill gourd with 3/4s yerba mate tea. 2. Push yerba mate to one side of the gourd with a spoon on your bombilla, creating a mountain of mate on one side. 3. Add room temperature or cold water to this open space and allow to sit for 30 seconds. 4. Insert your bombilla to the side you poured the water, then begin sipping. 5. Proceed with adding hot (not exceeding 165F) or cold water and enjoy until the mate becomes tasteless. Cleaning your yerba mate bombilla Rinse with warm soapy water then dry with microfiber cleaning cloth to restore luster and shine. For a deep cleansing, boil in water for 5 minutes. What is yerba mate tea? Yerba Mate (pronounced YER-bah MAH-tay), also known as Erva Mate, is a type of holly plant native to Paraguay, Argentina, and Brazil.
