Clearspring Organic Hojicha Roasted Green Tea is grown in the hills around Kyoto, famous for having the ideal climatic and soil conditions to produce some of the best quality teas in Japan. The subtle smoky flavour comes from using selected mature leaves which are specially prepared by our expert tea producers. The leaves are gently roasted and directly packed to seal in the full flavour. Our selection of Organic Green Teas offers authenticity in taste and premium organic quality due to special preparation by 3rd generation producers in Kyoto, Japan. From vibrant and captivating Matcha to bittersweet Sencha to mild and earthy Kukicha. There is a flavour to suit every taste and time of day as the caffeine content varies considerably, with Matcha having the highest and Kukicha the lowest. All our products have a distinctive flavour.
