• This tea is classified as Broken Orange Pekoe, indicating that the particle size is relatively small. However, it's important to note that the size of tea particles, referred to as the grade of tea, does not necessarily correlate with its quality. Instead, it primarily affects the strength of the brew.
• During the artisanal tea processing, the leaves undergo various transformations, resulting in different grades such as OPA, Pekoe, BOP, or finer Dust or Fannings. These grades can vary from elongated and wiry to tightly curled or smaller particles.
