To Make Perfect Theater Popcorn: Place your favorite oil (ours is Dutchmans Butter Flavored Coconut Oil) and 3 popcorn kernels in your popper over medium heat. When all three kernels pop, add the rest of the kernels quickly and proceed with popping. Sprinkle Dutchmans Butter Flavored Salt over hot popped kernels and serve. Each 1/8-cup serving of un-popped kernels makes 4 cups of delicious theater popcorn. Why is my Buttery Coconut Popcorn Oil Liquid? Dutchmans Buttery Popcorn Coconut oil will naturally change to liquid whenever it is above 75 degrees F. which is perfectly normal and safe to use. When solid, it will be thick and creamy and may be lumpy in parts. When liquid though, it will be a dark orange cloudy color and easy to pour. If you want to change the state of the oil you have bought, then you can simply heat it or cool it and the good news is that it can be stored either way. Dutchmans Buttery Coconut Oil does not need to be refrigerated if you are happy to consume it in its liquid form, but it shouldnt be kept in direct sunlight.
