Our deliciously smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil is infused with Fresh Greek Organic Garlic which is collected and processed the same day. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by a process of cold extraction (<27°C) to preserve the Extra Virgin Olive Oil characteristics. The infusion process takes place in a pressure vacuum under high pressure and low heat (<27°C) to preserve the natural properties, aromas and taste of the ingredients, without any additives, essence, chemicals, essential oils, preservatives, extracts or flavourings. The main characteristics are the freshness and balance of the aromas and flavours, finishing with a long, soft and beautifully natural aftertaste.
