"An alcohol-based cleansing hand gel infused with a luxurious blend of pure essential oils including Bergamot and Jasmine. ESPAs No Rinse Hand Cleanser is perfect to refresh your hands when youre out and about leaving skin beautifully cleansed and delicately fragranced. 100 natural fragrance and a quick-drying formulation. When used correctly ordinary handwash can be as effective as antibacterial handwash for cleansing hands. The ESPA No Rinse Hand Cleanser also contains 60 alcohol content. Health experts including NHS Public Health England and World Health Organisation all agree that to be effective an alcohol-based cleanser needs at least 60 alcohol content."
