Excel Potato Pearls - 28 oz. pouch 2pk Potato Pearls EXCEL Mashed Potatoes make it easy to offer the buttery taste of homemade mashed potatoes. No matter what the skill level of your staff is, Potato Pearls EXCEL Mashed Potatoes are easy to prepare and consistently exceptional. And these no-mix, prep-to-order, one-spoon, one-pan potatoes are ready in minutes, so they save you time and labor. Try these vegetable mix-ins: Corn and red bell pepper blend, diced carrots, shredded kale, zucchini and onion blend, cabbage, fennel, green onions, leeks, mushrooms, acorn squash, pumpkin, roasted garlic, turnips, or sweet onions. PREP INSTRUCTIONS: Pour 1 pouch of Potato Pearls EXCEL Mashed Potatoes into a 4" deep half-size steamtable pan. Measure 1 gallon (4 quarts) of hot water (170 to 190F) and quickly pour over Potato Pearls EXCEL Mashed Potatoes. Promptly stir for 15 to 20 seconds to ensure even distribution. Allow to sit for 3 to 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
