Description Since 2007, Fat Toad Farm has worked to perfect the art of goat's milk caramel making, focusing on traditional cooking methods and using a small number of fresh, simple, all-natural ingredients. Our sauces are inspired by the traditional Mexican confection called cajeta, which is similar to the cows milk version called dulce de leche. Our goal has always been to produce the highest quality, authentic goat's milk caramel sauces, using the freshest goat's milk available. Our dedicated team continues to produce our goat's milk caramel sauce on our farm in Vermont, meticulously hand-stirring each small batch to velvety perfection. The flavor profile is a rich and creamy, not too sweet, caramel topping that does not leave an aftertaste. The sauce has a subtle not overpowering hint of goats milk. It is delicious when drizzled over your coffee, latte, frappe, tea, ice cream, hot chocolate, cheese, brownies or pie. We also suggest dipping your apples, dates and other fresh fruit and pretzels in it for a delightful experience. It can be mixed into cocktails, cocoa and drinks or used in baking delicious treats such as fudge.
