Fiber Gourmet Light Macaroni & Cheese contains 6 oz (170 g) of enriched pasta made healthier because it has 57% less calories per serving compared to standard pasta. Cooking Instructions: Boil 6 cups water in a medium saucepan. Add salt to taste. Stir in pasta. Boil about 10 minutes or to desired texture. Drain, but do not rinse. Return pasta to stove. Add 3 tbsp of milk and contents of sauce packet. Optionally: Add 2 tbsp butter for a creamier texture. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Serve. Makes about 2.5 cups.
