Finally apply non wipe top coat to cure under UV lamp. 6.Finish. Note: The chrome nails powder must be applied when the non wipe top coat is slightly sticky. Too dry, chrome powder will not stick. Too wet, chrome powder wont have a flat mirror finish. When you find the right technique, you will be amazed by it.
