• AUTHENTIC VIETNAMESE FLAVOR. Indulge in an authentic Vietnamese experience within the comfort of your own home using our DIY soup starter kit. Each mouthful will delight your palate with our fragrant, hand-selected herbs and spices.
• TOASTED HERBS & SPICES READY-TO-GO. Our beef noodle soup broth kit includes a comprehensive blend of dried ginger, shallots, star anise, coriander seeds, cloves, fennel, cardamon, rock sugar, cinnamon, licorice, and mushroom seasoning.
• EASY COOKING PROCESS. Place your choice of protein, one herb bag, and salt in a pot with 4 quarts of water. Bring to a boil, reduce to below medium & cook for 1.5 hours (or until tender). Turn off heat & use a strainer to remove any impurities. Pour the boiling broth over a bowl of rice noodles, protein & garnish.
