Description
Nettle (Urtica) is cultivated at an altitude of 600 meters on Mount Pelion. Hippocrates first used the urtica for multiple uses. It is rich in minerals and is used in cooking, as a decoction, even gardening, to treat diseases organically. It is considered to have astringent, diuretic and tonic properties, cleans the body from toxins, helps the function of the pancreas, stimulates the circulatory system and helps with high blood pressure.
