Try mixing it with other herbs and add it to salads. You can use it in paella - Spanish dish served with rice and seafood. You can prepare an Artichoke Herb tea by pouring 200 ml of hot (not boiling) water over the 1 tsp of the herb. Let it steep for 5-15 minutes. If you steep the tea longer, the flavour will be stronger, but the tea may taste bitter. Strain the tea and drink. You can also add some milk, cream or sugar if you prefer.
