Description
Plantago Psyllium Seeds (known also as an ispaghula) is a native plant to southern parts of Europe, North Africa and West Asia. It has light brown seeds. As a thickener, it has been used in ice cream and frozen desserts. Psyllium can be taken already soaked in water, milk or juice. To make a decoction, take 1 tbsp of Plantago Psyllium Seeds, pour with 250 ml of water or hot milk, boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Let stand it for 10-15 minutes, then stir and drink.
