The other names of that plant include Urtica dioica, common nettle, just a nettle or stinger. It is used in herbalism and in cosmetics production. To make an infusion, pour 1 cup (200 ml) of boiled water over 1-2 tsp of Stinging Nettle Leaf and steep for 2-3 minutes. Infusion created this way is less thick. If brewed for around 10 minutes, it gets a much more intense taste and smell. You can improve the taste of this drink by mixing it with lemon balm leaf or stevia powder. It can be also added to scrambled eggs, bread rolls, bread and so on. You can serve it the same way as spinach by adding it to soups, dips etc.
