Description Peri-Peri Coat & Cook Sauce has as a nice bite - as it should - but is FULL of delicious, rich peri-peri flavour. - Prepare and Use: Excellent on seafood and especially prawns brushed with the Peri-Peri Coat & Cook Sauce and grilled, oven baked or pan fried. Create delicious chicken wings, or a whole roast chicken, by simply pouring the Peri-Peri Coat & Cook Sauce over the chicken and oven baking at 180 until done. For an extra flash of flavour, sprinkle with our Chilli & Garlic Seasoning and add squeezed lemon juice over the chicken before cooking.
