Iris Hantverk"Lovisa" Design Oak and Horse Hair Bath Brush
Product Details
Brand: Iris Hantverk
Product Type: Bath & Body Brushes
Description
Description Designed by Lovisa Wattman and handmade in Sweden, this oil-treated oak bath brush has bristles made from horse hair, an excellent material for bathing brushes because it is soft and pliable while still sturdy and durable with a certain elasticity. It develops a soft, rich lather when paired with a good soap for a perfect cleaning. Allow the brush to dry hanging or standing on the bristles so the moisture can drain away from the wood. Brushes that give "hand-made" a new meaning: In the late 19th century a small brush manufacturing company was started in Stockholm, Sweden called Iris Hantverk. It was a successful venture, so successful that it remains today. Now, as then, every brush is made by hand by visually impaired craftsmen. It brings new dimensions to the concept of sensitively made by hand. All brushes are of exclusive design and made mostly from natural materials.
