Ingredients: Water, Pork Extract, Salt, Vegetable Oil (Canola, Sesame Seed), Monosodium Glutamate, Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Sugar, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Pork Fat, Garlic Powder, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, White Pepper, Xanthan Gum. Water, Pork Extract, Salt, Vegetable Oil (Canola, Sesame Seed), Monosodium Glutamate, Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Sugar, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Pork Fat, Garlic Powder, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, White Pepper, Xanthan Gum. Includes 1 pack of Japanese Tonkotsu Ramen Soup Stock Base. One pack is 2.2 lbs (1kg). To make Tonkotsu Ramen, just add 1.5 oz of Ramen Soup Base to 14-16 oz of hot water or stock/broth. For Tonkotsu Shabu Shabu, just add 1 oz of Ramen Soup Base to 10 oz of hot water or stock/broth. For Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, just add 1.5 oz of Ramen Soup Base to 14-16 oz of hot water or stock/broth, then add 0.5 oz Spicy Garlic Sauce and 0.5 oz Chili Oil. Shake well before use. The product's packaging is designed for professional use. For home use, it is recommended to reseal it in a container and refrigerate after opening to maintain freshness.
