Dehydrated Mushroom Soup Mix. This Mushroom Soup is a simple, powdered and delicious soup which is easy to use and a great way to minimise waste. Simply combine the powder with boiled water and stir until it thickens. Makes 200 portions.IngredientsPotato starch, maltodextrin, WHEAT flour, salt, sunflower oil, yeast extract, glucose syrup, palm fat, onion powder, sugar, mushroom juice concentrate¹ (1.5%), mushrooms¹ (1.4%), modified starch, flavourings, lemon juice, pepper, lovage root, BARLEY malt extract.
