Packed with 11g of protein and 14g of fiber, this stick-to-your-ribs dish is a surefire way to power through lunch (and those piles of paperwork) on a full stomach. Cooking Directions: Stove: In a saucepan, warm beans over low heat stirring frequently. Microwave: Pour beans into microwave safe dish and cover. Heat on high for 1 minute, stir, then heat for additional 45 seconds.
