For a quick delicious Thai dish using this product, stir fry one can with 3 cups of coconut milk for about 5 minutes, and bring to a boil. For best results, add the coconut milk bit-by-bit. Add 2.5 lb chicken or beef, 2-3 tbsp fish sauce, 1 cup coconut milk, sprinkle with water, kaffir lime leaves and fresh chiles. Serve with jasmine rice. Product of Thailand.
