Stir fry one can of prik khing curry paste with 12 cup cooking oil for 4 minues low heat. Add 34 lb chicken or pork, then pour in 12 cup water and 1 lb long green beans. Cook and add 1 tbsp palm sugar. Sprinkle with kaffir lime leaves, fresh chile and roasted peanut. Serve with jasmine rice. Product of Thailand.
