DIRECTIONS: RELAXATION STRESS RELIEF To fully experience the calming and revitalizing benefits of this oil, gently apply it to the soles of your feet and legs. This can be done daily, either before or after your shower. Alternatively, add 2 ounces of the oil to your bath and let your feet soak for 20-30 minutes. TENSED OR SORE MUSCLES If you're experiencing tense or sore muscles, generously apply the oil and massage it into the affected area as often as needed. If you have sensitive skin, dilute the oil with water in a 5050 ratio before use. NATURAL BODY DEODORANT Use our magnesium oil as a natural deodorant by diluting it with water and applying it to your underarms. Avoid using on freshly shaved underarms, as it may cause a stinging sensation. NOTE: After the initial use, you may experience itchiness due to low magnesium levels. Wait at least 10-20 minutes before rinsing off to fully absorb the magnesium. CAUTION: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, freshly shaved areas, and cuts. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs. Consult your doctor before use if you have kidney failure or if you are pregnant.
