Perfect for breakfast or as a versatile baking ingredient, this instant steel cut oatmeal delivers the truly distinct flavor and rich texture of unprocessed, 100% whole grain oats. Each oatmeal canister of McCann's kosher, non-GMO oatmeal comes with 17 servings packed with fiber and four grams of protein per serving. Enjoy all the natural goodness of instant oatmeal by adding 1/4 cup of oats to a 3/4 cup of boiling water and let it simmer on low heat for five to seven minutes. You can also microwave original oatmeal in a deep microwave-safe bowl for three minutes, stir well and cook for an additional two to three minutes.
