100% organically certified raw honey, produced with all natural ingredients for their functional properties within the system. Our signature Mellona raw honey is meticulously blended with premium grade whole ground turmeric, ginger and black pepper to create an anti-inflammatory powerhouse. The correct levels of black pepper allow the piperine to activate the curcumin in the turmeric, enabling it to extract maximum health benefits. This combined with the natural anit-inflammatory properties of ginger make this raw honey spread an enjoyable food with high nutritional value. Produced in co-operation with the laboratory department of the University of Nicosia.
