Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made by cold pressing ripe olives from selected olive groves, a method that preserves their exquisitely mellow and buttery flavour. 500ml. - Prepare and Use: The combination of the delicate flavour and mildly peppery finish make this the perfect oil for both cooking and using raw in dressings and to finish off soups and other dishes. Mix with balsamic vinegar for a delicious dip for bread. Sprinkle over foccacia before heating or dress a green salad with this delicious olive oil.
