ONION TONER Nightingales unique damage recovery mechanism through optimal combination of Allium Cepa (CEPA), main ingredient of scar treatment remedy and Centella asiatica extract (CICA), main ingredient of damage treatment agent helps replenish necessary nourishment and improves dermal barrier for healthier skin. The more layers are applied, the onion energy provides skin barrier care and skin protection. MOISTURIZING A moisturizing toner that contains 5 types of hyaluronic acids and panthenol build up a solid moisture wall to take care of moisturizing dry skin. lt maintains an oil-moisture balance and skin protection with a slightly acidic pH similar to that of the skin. SAFETY ASSESSMENT VEGAN CERTIFIED Safe use for sensitive skin with skin irritation tests completed and Vegan certified cosmetic that excludes animal ingredients and animal testing.
