Nova Maple Pebbles are the sifted remnants from of our granulated maple sugar. At first we couldn't figure out what to do with these nuggets, until we tasted them and realized what an amazing product they would be on their own. A cross between maple candy and maple sugar, these pebbles can be eaten on their own for a sweet snack or used in many of the same ways as granulated maple sugar. Nova Maple Syrup is family produced in Northwest Pennsylvania, sustainably harvested from our own hardwood forests. We pride ourselves on making the best syrup possible, and are confident you'll enjoy eating it as much as we enjoy making it! Use it on sweets, meats, and breakfast treats. Made from 100% Grade A Maple Syrup.
