Do not apply for more than 20 minutes at a time.Cold approach: Place the mask in a sealable plastic bag and then in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove the mask from the freezer and withdraw from the plastic bag. Insert the mask into the washable cover or use it directly without the cover. Place the mask over closed eyes, securing with the adjustable strap, if preferred.
