We gently roast the almonds (skin on) and grind them using stone grinders. We then break a handful of roasted almonds to pieces and mix them in. Thats it. No added salt, sugar, sweetener, oil, emulsifiers or anything else whatsoever. 💠 What does it taste like? Delicious! Some find it surprisingly sweet, given that no sweetening ingredient was used.
