• Ingredients: enriched rice ( iron phoshate, niacin, thiamine mononitrate, enriched wheat flour ( niacin, iron ( reuced), thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), onion, modified food starch, dextrose, salt hydrolyzed soy protein, partially hydrgenated soybean oil, spices, natural flavors.
• Cooking Directions: Cut into serving size portions and precook 1-2 pounds of mea such as pork, chicken, sausage or wild game.Drain well and place in 2 quart saucepan. Combine with 6 cups water or lightly seasoned stock and CREOLE GUMBO MIX.Cover, and when mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat, stir and simmer 20-25 minutes.
