Oil of Aldborough is produced by the crushing of the tiny black seeds, which come from those beautiful yellow flowers, that we have all come to recognise in fields, as part of the British landscape. The seeds are harvested and carefully stored, until we are ready to press them, to extract the oil. The oil is quite literally squeezed out from the seed. Nothing is added, nothing removed, nothing is wasted. We then filter the oil, ensuring the smooth, rich, golden oil is perfectly clear, ready for our customers to enjoy. Great for frying, roasting, marinading, dipping or dressing.
