Please note that Irish Cream Super Flavor may cause chocolate to thicken. You can counteract it by adding 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa butter per pound of chocolate to smooth the batter. How to Substitute Irish Cream Super Flavor for Extract: When a recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of extract, the recommended substitution is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Irish Cream Super Flavor.
