Description
Dulce de Leche is a creamy milk toffee spread with a caramel taste. This catering grade dulce de leche has a much stiffer consistency than the regular dulce de leche, meaning it will hold its shape when piped. It is best used for cake fillings, alfajor filling (cookie sandiwches) and where the form is required to be kept such as caramel chocolate covered cones.
