It would be a shame to restrict the use of this versatile Australian steak sauce to steak alone. Down Under, they douse their hamburgers, hot dogs, and other favorite meats with this sweet and tangy topping. A singular blend of roasted onion and garlic, cane sugar, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy and raisin pastes, lemon oil, and carefully selected spices, all in a base of sundried tomatoes. 8.5 oz. per bottle.
