Dixie Lily Yellow Rice is Gluten Free and Halal certified. One jug of yellow rice is perfect for one full steam table tray. Tip to cooking, stir the rice into the boiling water and place lid on the pot, change heat to low, let cook for 22-25 minutes without stirring.
