One of the more delicious parts of our job is the recipe testing that goes on in the Peoples Choice Tasting Kitchen. We are always searching for new flavors from around the world and we want to bring those special flavors directly to you. So every few months, we will offer one of our limited-edition, small batch flavors. Our goal is to deliver a sophisticated snacking experience that celebrates new ingredients while remaining true to our handmade tradition. A savory blend of ginger, garlic, and sesame give this jerky a zip of flavor. The soy sauce binds all these flavors together to highlight the natural meat flavors, giving the snacker an insatiable experience. Black and white sesame seeds pull through the sesame flavor and give a nice texture to the already soft and chewy, steak-like texture of the beef. Whole cuts of beef are sliced, deeply marinated with a handmade marinade of garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame flavors, and then slow-cooked for a minimum of two and a half hours. A sophisticated tasting experience that celebrates non traditional ingredients while remaining true to our handmade tradition. Garlic, Ginger, and Sesame are the stars of this show.
